What do we expect from you? :
- Performs inspections in accordance with policies and procedures;
- Carry out inspections upon request of work instructions;
- Write reports within the required timeframe;
- Respect the quality of the work and the safety of the buildings and installations;
- Responding to customer requests and questions with precision;
- Write correction notices to follow up on your findings.
Do you meet the following criteria?
- Hold an AEC in building or related inspection, or be in the process of completing and graduating;
- Have good computer skills in order to complete different types of reports;
- Own a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license;
- Living in the Montreal area;
- Possess Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status;
- Be available on weekends and as of June 1, 2020.
